"The hotel is just a few minutes from the cathedral and the old town, on a main road, but we still had a quiet room. It wasn't very modern, but it was big enough, with a desk and separate couch (unfortunately without a coffee table). Very comfortable beds. You have to be careful in the shower: it has neither a door nor a curtain - if you don't want the bathroom to flood, you shouldn't turn the water on too high. Good breakfast with delicious fresh rolls. The hotel offers a few free parking spaces, and if you can't get a space there, the friendly staff will be happy to give you tips on parking spaces nearby. If you come to Wetzlar during Advent, you shouldn't miss the beautiful Christmas market, which takes place on the cathedral square and (really beautiful) on the Schillerplatz.
