"Dear Tannenhäuschen team, the service and the food were exceptionally good. We found the room to be adequate for the price. The curtain had come off the roll on one side and was hanging down. The smell coming from the kitchen in the bathroom was not good, as was our view from room 401. That was a shame and not appropriate. Since we only stayed one night, we did not ask for another room. In addition, the price of a glass of wine is extremely high at €9. The spa area is nice, but in some places it needs renovation. (Brown spots on the ceiling in the brine area) All of this means that I will not be visiting again. "OK I am NOT the most fussy traveller. Is a restful, peaceful nights sleep, having your bed made, a comfortable room, too much to ask for ? None of which was on offering here. Instead I was serenaded by motor vehicle engines, punctuated by horns, pigeons cooing audible outside my window which were closed, all set off with the ambiance of the delicate odour of exhaust fumes. Oh and the noisey neighbours both inside and out were delightful aesthetic touch. Another feature of the hotel is the struggle with keys you have which you must put into the locks. In summation - YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE !!"
