"We were very happy with our apartment! It was all that you need except for dark rolls 😂 even coffee, sugar and filter bags were there! Salt and pepper were also available! Breakfast was super and the employees were very nice, to highlight is the blonde lady who cares about everything! Parking were also available! What I've been angry about, the motorcycle drivers put their motorcycles side by side so the 2 parking spaces for cars are away! With me would be a sign with the inscription, motorcycles please put to the garden house! There is a relaxed 6 bikes! Otherwise it was really nice there"

"Customer service is a total disaster :) According to the website, check-in is possible from 15:00. I completely completed the online check-in and have not received key code. The portal shows "Rooms are not yet finished". The hotline only transmits one to a artificial intelligence that promises you to be called back. It took 1 1/2 h to the call and we were already 20 minutes closed to the hotel. No one has responded either via email or via WhatsApp (which are also indicated as contact options). Apart from a loud excuse, there was nothing but compensation, according to the lady, she "called back three times", but I received only one call? From 7:30 was worked in the neighbouring rooms and from 8: 30 then there were also the holiday-passing borer sounds :) I do not criticize here the general self-checkin, our next hotel had a similar system, but all worked smoothly and you actually have a real People get to the phone! 0 stars for the service."
