The problem is permanent niose from Trains and traffic even If stay on the very high floor. Windows have zero soundproof. "The service was quite subpar. On the first day, when I arrived and got out of the car with my luggage, there was a bellhop standing at the entrance. However, they didn't help open the car door or carry my bags; I honestly don't know what they were doing there. I hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign because I didn't want housekeeping, and later in the evening, I asked the front desk if they could replenish some tissues and bottled water. The female staff member who came to deliver the water (not a cleaner) seemed quite reluctant. She first brought the tissues and then said she'd have to go back for the bottled water and would just leave it at my door. Then, knowing full well that someone was in the room, she left the bottled water on the floor outside the door (I don't know what the rush was, it probably wouldn't have taken more than 10 seconds to wait for me to open the door and hand it to me). Marriott has really gone downhill these past few years…"

The infinity pool, tea room, and boat dock are all well-appointed, making for a perfect holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
