"Room was very cold upon arrival furnace was off  Took awhile to warm room up. It would be nice to warm up room for a visitor ahead of time. I asked for an extra blanket though. Furnace was also loud shutting on and off but the automatic setting was the best for leaving it on constant was not a good option. It was nice to have breakfast included ."

"The hotel is suitable for long-term business trips. It is very convenient to eat around the windsor town, especially Chinese food. The customer service attitude is very good, and the restaurant can be provided for meetings and dinners."

"I stayed at WoodSpring Suites Greeley for 10 nights and honestly couldn’t fault my stay. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different. The biggest asset to this hotel is definitely the staff. Cara at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Give that girl a raise! Len, the manager, was also fantastic, and all of the ladies working at the front desk were so kind and accommodating throughout my stay. They really made me feel welcome. Yes, you do need to ask for additional towels, but that’s simply how the hotel operates, and for the price you pay, it’s hardly an issue. The value for money is excellent, especially if you’re staying for an extended period. The hotel was comfortable, the staff genuinely cared, and I always felt looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Cara, Len, and all the girls on the front desk for making my stay such a positive one. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Room had an odd smell curtains were stained furniture is well used. No remote for tv. Holes in the wall next to curtain !!!!!!!!!! This was a trip to Pawnee grasslands which perhaps I should of camped there"

"Chris mødtes, da jeg først gik ind for at få mit værelse.Super personlig, svarede alt hurtigt, handler om spørgsmål meget hurtigt.Andre medarbejdere på frontdesk er venlige, men vil ikke svare tingene på nuværende tidspunkt. Candlewood Suites har en stor fyr i Chris og er heldig at have ham!!!"

"The room reaked of stale cigarette smoke, floors and bedding were stained, we found disturbing random things in the cupboard. It was right off the interstate and the windows were like the old, thin trailer house windows, blocking no sound. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again."
