"This is a beautiful hotel, from the lobby, to the bathroom, to the walk in closet. The details of marble and jade inlaid throughout made it one of the most elegant I’ve seen in years. The breakfast buffet was affordable with lots of tasty options, even for western tastes. It’s clear the front desk doesn’t deal with foreigners often because the check in was a little bumpy, but they were friendly enough. AC didn’t work because of the season, and room ended up being hot, but they were happy to provide a fan and it worked out great."

"I always stay here when I return to Weiyuan. The environment and cleanliness are usually okay, but this time I was extremely dissatisfied. The main reason was that the temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius on the day of my check-in, and it was even lower at night. When I returned to my room to rest, the room temperature was a whopping 29 degrees Celsius. I can understand that the hotel room lacks cross-ventilation, so I tried to turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature, but after half an hour, it was still 29 degrees Celsius. The main unit wasn't even turned on! The front desk explained that a guest said they were cold, so they turned off the main unit (do you believe that?).
