The room was very hot this season due to the floor heating, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The only good thing was the breakfast; while it was simple, the food was quite good. Located near the Marine Park, I think it's suitable for those with children and less demanding needs."

"I traveled after New Year's Day and booked a double room. The front desk upgraded me. The room was very clean, and the suite was even more spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. The only downside was a minor issue with the room key, but the front desk handled it promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend it."

"Staying here was such a pleasant surprise! The room was incredibly clean, spotless even, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was really convenient. The toiletries looked high-quality, not like cheap stuff at all. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even proactively told me about local attractions and how to get around, which was so thoughtful! It was really quiet at night, not a sound, so I slept incredibly well. In the morning, the sunshine streamed right into the room, making it feel warm and incredibly calming. To get such a great place at this price point is amazing value for money – definitely a huge thumbs up from me!"

"Negative reviews: 1. I clearly stated I wanted a middle room upon check-in, but the air conditioner in the room the front desk gave me was broken. This is tolerable, since you wouldn't have known. 2. After changing rooms, they changed me to a last-room room, claiming they didn't have this custom, proving they knew many guests had such taboos. I didn't mention any such custom, and they immediately distanced themselves, even though I clearly stated my request from the beginning. I especially hate it when the front desk gives you a last-room room as soon as they open the room; it was significantly smaller. Based on my experience staying in hotels, last-room rooms are usually the worst. Honestly. 3. The new hotel's facilities are a mess. The laundry room is on the -1 floor and it's dark; you have to get a key from the front desk. I've never seen such a strange laundry service under a Home Inn brand. The only good thing: seeing we were unhappy, they gave us free breakfast. Their attitude was good, but shouldn't a Home Inn hotel, as a service industry, have good service?"
