It's currently the off-season, so there weren't many guests, and the hotel was quite clean and hygienic. The rest area wasn't crowded, although some facilities were not open. "Dear Boss, This is absolutely a genuine review, please choose carefully. 1. If your store doesn't offer zero-pressure mattresses, don't advertise them as such to attract customers and generate traffic. If you don't have them, don't deceive customers. Adding a small pad to a spring mattress doesn't make it zero-pressure; don't go overboard. At least make it thicker so people can't feel it, but you can still hear the springs when they sit down. Is this a 3-star hotel? Zero-pressure? Are you kidding me? 2. The front desk staff are very unprofessional. When problems arise, they keep making excuses and saying useless things. They keep saying they haven't reported this issue. Don't they know whether your mattresses are zero-pressure or not? They even told me all your mattresses are like this. 3. Hotel room staff blocked the elevator entrance chatting and wouldn't budge. They wouldn't move unless someone offered to let them pass. 4. Room staff rushed to get out of the elevator, even standing behind guests. 5. Breakfast items were advertised in the guest rooms. They weren't available in the breakfast restaurant. The hot pot had vegetables but no flatbread; there wasn't even a place to put the flatbread. There was no he luo noodles either. The milk and soy milk were just sitting there heating up, the pot was empty, and the staff kept walking around without refilling it. 6. Resolution: Yesterday it rained, otherwise I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere. I complained to Ctrip, and in the end I got a refund of half the room fee."
