"Reserved a one night stay. Arrived at Hampton Inn & checked in. Went to the room & found the the room to be substandard. The room was small with low ceiling , the furnishings were worn , not very clean . the bed spread a mark on it, the couch was worn & old. We returned to the check in desk & told the employee that it wasn’t acceptable & that we could not stay there. I asked for a refund. The clerk said that we had made the reservation through a 2nd party “Trip.com & payment was to them. I contacted them & was led to believe that I would receive a full refund. We checked into a nicer hotel. Within 2 days I was told that they couldn’t give us a refund. Trip.com & Hampton continued to blame each other for the problems. So we ended up paying for both rooms. Neither Trip.com or Hampton would take responsibility. I recommend that guests not stay at this Hampton Inn… it was just a run down hotel with poor management. If we had been told that we would not get our money back we wouldn’t have stayed & not paid for a 2nd room. Trip.com was awful & could not give us answers. We will never do businesses with either again. Avoid staying here when visiting Waycross, Ga."

Also this motel is one thaymt is now one of 3 that are used by the local drug dealers on the werkend. And its npt as vlean anywheee on the propertu. And the breakfast and lobby area are a jokrle compared to the pics on here. Can u please tell me how this room lookszanytging loke the too is advertised to look."

Og dets npt som en vlea anyhow på ejendommen.Og morgenmad og lobbyområdet er en jokrle sammenlignet med billederne her.Kan du venligst fortælle mig, hvordan dette værelse ser ud som en loke, også annonceres for at se."

"Dette hotel er et meget nice kædehotel i Waycross-området i Georgien.Da vi rejste til dette hotel, var det meget nyt og havde følelsen af et nyt hotel.Der var også en meget moderne følelse. Hotellet har mange faciliteter som en dejlig stue i lobbyen med en TV, gratis morgenmad og et vægtrum. Vægtrummet var spotless, og lobbyen var meget smuk, men den gratis morgenmad er ikke en femstjernet, bare hvad du ville forvente fra et kædehotel.Værelset var meget smukt og ren, selv om der var et hår i rummet. Servicen var for det meste god, men vi fik kun tre håndklæder i vores værelse på vores anden nat, da vi havde fire personer. En anden klage til tjenesten var, at kroppens vaskesæbe var tom, og toiletpapir blev ikke erstattet af husholdning, men andre derefter, ingen klager. Husholdning gjorde også vores senge, som overraskende husholdning i nogle andre hoteller, vi har boet på, har ikke gjort for et to dages ophold.Vores værelse var på tredje sal, og der er fire etager inklusive gulv. Støjniveauet var meget stille, vi hørte kun et tog udenfor under hele vores ophold.Jeg vil sige, at dette hotel er en god værdi, vi betalte kun omkring $130 plus skatter om natten for et dejligt, rummeligt værelse med to senge, og et badeværelse med bruser. Værelset var rummeligt nok for fire mennesker.Området var godt, med en Walmart, Cracker Barrel og Olive Garden nær.Okefenokee svømme er tæt på, omkring 40 minutters kørsel til den lange indgang."
