This house is right in town with a creek/pond running in front. The water is so clear most of the year that you can sit on the front porch and watch the fish swim. The water is always flowing.
The house is located in a very desirable area of high end homes near the intersection of mission and crossover (east side of Fayetteville). It is approximately 10 minutes to the University of Arkansas and under 3 minutes to a Walmart Neighborhood Market and Harp's Grocery store and many restaurants. It is located near the bike trails and you can even access the trails right from the property. No need to transport your bikes and park your car elsewhere!
The home has 3 bedrooms. An extra large master suite with sitting area and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with 2 double beds and a third bedroom with daybed and trundle underneath. There is also a futon sofa that makes into a bed in the master bedroom.
There is a one car carport in addition to a large gravel parking area that can easily accommodate multiple cars. There is a fire pit and roasting sticks provided in case you'd like to make smores or roast hot dogs during your stay. Guests must provide wood which is normally available at the neighborhood market and/or gas station just down the street. The property was once a yoga studio and there is a meditation circle to the far left of the home (when facing the home).
A gas grill is provided. There are two tables on the extra large front porch that each seat 4 people. Inside there are two tables that each seat 6. So whether you're having a large family gathering to eat dinner or you want to play some board games, put together a puzzle or just enjoy sitting and talking, this house has plenty of seating to accommodate the family. 2. Requesting Late Checkout: If you think you’ll need a bit more time, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. We can sometimes accommodate requests for late checkout up to 1 PM at no extra charge, but it depends on our booking schedule.
3. Fees: For checkouts between 1 PM and 4 PM, we charge a half-day rate. If you need the space past 4 PM, we would charge for an additional night since we wouldn’t be able to accommodate a new guest.
4. Unapproved Late Checkouts: We kindly request that you respect the agreed-upon checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts can cause scheduling conflicts with cleaning services and incoming guests. In such cases, an additional night’s fee will be charged.

Enjoy the quiet, peaceful woods with the amenities of a "tiny home" style cabin. BBQ grill, firepit, and picnic table at each cabin. Perfect for a quiet getaway for 1, 2 or the whole family. Great for a Razorback sports events and more. The front porch rocker has a beautiful view. The pond is fun for fishing, riding the "peddle boat" or a kayak. The playground is waiting for the kiddos. There are 6 cabins available so share with your family and friends and have a great gathering for the weekend. The cabin has WIFI, is stocked with linens, dishes, a smart TV & DVD player. You can easily get a data signal on your phone.
Our new road to the cabins is a dirt/gravel road but 4-wheel drive is NOT required.
