"Hotel was standard, bath so shallow you can barely relax in it… I called the hotel at 10.30pm to complain about guests being so noisy keeping us awake. They offered us to move rooms but we couldn’t as I had one child asleep and the other child couldn’t sleep…they refused to knock in the people’s door to ask them to keep the noise down. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that we were the ones who were asked to move rooms when we were not the ones keeping others awake!! I expected more from a hotel but clearly they don’t care!! I complained in the morning but they just shrugged it off!!"

The A/C was brilliant as we were at the tail end of a heatwave. Shower very powerful - but towel rail not working. Large screen TV was a nice touch. Only 4 disabled parking bays and not enough 'other' bays! Swimming pool small, gym large,"

"Our 0800 cuppa was turned upside down today as our ‘regular’ spot was closed …. On a wim we walked to the local Premier Inn in search of our caffeine fix. I am happy to report Kayleigh was a star. We explained we were walk ins. Kayleigh could not do enough to make us all feel welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. The caffeine was hot and free flowing. Thank you Kayleigh for hosting us all. We will be back and next time we hit the Buffett"

"What a gorgeous house. It has buckets of character and my room (Katrina's Room) was massive, as was the bathroom with roll top bath and spacious shower. Bed was so comfy and the views stunning, even in the pouring, February rain. Sue was a fab host and her brekkie was divine. Will be back next time I'm in the area. The pub down the road is also rather lovely. Great food and atmosphere. A refreshing change from the bland, chain hotels I usually have to stay in!"
