"Hotel bc was in middle of works, though we didn’t hear anything with it being the weekend. Following g a heatwave, rooms were very hot as no air conditioning but would be fine any other time of the year I think. Rooms were clean. Staff were great, particularly Lisa, who was really friendly and chatty and was more than happy to give us bottles of water and come to keep cool, which was very welcome. Thank you, Lisa! Due to the works, takeaway breakfast was offered which was absolutely fine - cereals and pastries, fruit, coffee and juice. A perfect half hour stop from Liverpool after a long day, but I do wish it could have been a little cooler. Fans in rooms would have become as the body heat of 4 people was a lot! Great for proximity to motorway."

"Ideel beliggenhed til, hvor jeg måtte være.Personalet fra Reception til Restaurant har været helt smukt.Hotellet ser og føler sig super nyt (og jeg har modtaget bekræftelse af, at det er blevet renoveret for nylig). Det dobbelte værelse har masser af værelse, 2 stole med en lille kaffebord, 2 soveborde (bestående af 3 tråde) en kjole (med 6 tråde, en stol og masser af værelse til dine personlige ejendele selv efter kedel/tasser og krydderier sidder på toppen af kjolen).Badeværelset er grundlæggende, mens super ren uden at bære og tåre (selv om de ønsker, at de havde en holder til dine egne toiletter i bruseren, da det kun indeholder 2 i 1 shampoo/kropsvask, ingen værelse eller hylde til noget andet."

Takeaway breakfast more than enough; cornflakes, milk, pain chocolade, flapjack and water. Brian and Claire ultra friendly and helpful. It’s also attached to a superb Bombay8 Indian restaurant. Literally seconds from the M62 yet perfectly quiet in the rooms. Would thoroughly recommend"

"Just back after a wonderful stay at the school house. Lovely couple running this bed and breakfast. The rooms are named after lessons, I stayed in History and the bed was wonderful (super king). The bathroom was massive, with a nice power shower. Tea and coffee in the room and plenty of hangers. Breakfast was lush, cereals or a cooked breakfast with tea or coffee and fresh orange juice. The food is delicious, fresh and nicely cooked. I would definitely stay here again. Free parking and a lovely pub right across the road which does amazing evening meals."

"We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so. We use this as a base when we are going to Gullivers World (ten min drive away) and cannot fault the hotel at all. Check in always seamless, rooms spotless. We had a lovely evening meal served by Ellie and at breakfast our host was Pam. Both ladies went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely both a real asset to the Premier Inn brand and the reason we will continue to stay here in the future. Breakfast was buffet style (so much better than our previous visit where it was cooked to order) I hope they continue with the buffet. Just a little side note, if you want/feel the need to leave a tip, please bring cash so the staff definitely get it."

"We had a good 1 night stay for the Neighbourhood Weekender. The staff were super friendly and they stored our bags as we arrived early and put them in our room for when we arrived before midnight The manager wss doing free face painting for the festival which was a fantastic thing The room itself was good although a handle came off the bathroom but got it sorted and the body wash in shower was empty after two squirts but didnt say as we were heading back out so just used the foaming hand wash."

"I have stayed at Premier Inn Warrington Central North every 3 weeks for around 3 years now and overall the team are usually lovely, accommodating, quick at check in and I never have any hassle. Unfortunately, whenever Ian is on reception it is a completely different experience. I genuinely dread walking in if he is on the desk because it feels like he does not want me to check in. Even after watching me enter my car registration into the iPad, he still asks me again for my registration and then asks me to complete the paper version too. He also repeatedly says things like “it’s not just your name I need, it’s the person who booked this,” despite the booking always being under my name, exactly the same every visit. He also asks me my nationality every single time, which no other member of staff has ever asked me before. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. It is disappointing because every other member of the team has always been professional, welcoming and easy to deal with"
