The commercial facilities around the hotel are not well-developed. 5. The hotel's breakfast buffet display is not ideal (yogurt and fruit are placed together, not with oats and nuts). 6. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which is very nice."

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

After checking in, Manager Yang personally and thoughtfully escorted me to my room. Along the way, she briefly introduced the hotel's facilities. Her demeanor was gentle and attentive, and her service was both meticulous and heartwarming, making me feel incredibly welcomed right from the start. The room's cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Every corner was immaculately tidy; the floors and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was soft and dry with no strange odors, and the toiletries area was neatly organized. The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was evident everywhere. The room itself was spacious and quiet, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay. After a tiring journey, returning to such a comfortable room was simply perfect. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, right next to the surfing park, making for an incredibly exhilarating surfing experience. You can enjoy the fun of surfing without being limited by weather or ocean conditions, which is great for both beginners and casual surfers. The rolling waves create an amazing atmosphere and it's definitely an unmissable activity when visiting Wanning. The entire resort environment is elegant and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. My stay was comfortable, and my playtime was enjoyable; the service, cleanliness, and leisure experience were all excellent. If you're planning a vacation to Wanning, this hotel is highly recommended. I'll definitely choose Yuyue Hotel again on my next visit to Wanning, and I recommend it to any friends planning a trip."

Mr. Tang's courtyard really understands what a vacation should be like: a shuttle bus takes you to the beach to watch the sunset, and when you come back, the room is so comfortable you won't want to move. My photos of the courtyard on social media got so many people asking for the address! The service from Lele at the front desk was incredibly warm and heartfelt. This place really made my Wanning trip enjoyable!"
