Lokaliteten er meget bekvem, kun en kort gåtur til Lake Wanaka, caféer, restauranter og butikker, hvilket gør det nemt at udforske byen uden at skulle køre.Området er også roligt, så det er perfekt til en afslappende ophold. Værelset var rent, komfortabelt og veludstyret, med nyttige faciliteter som et køkken.Parkering var nem, og den samlede indstilling er meget praktisk for både korte og længere ophold. Generelt er der en stor værdi ved at blive med en god balance af komfort og beliggenhed.Jeg vil bestemt overveje at blive her igen."

"Walnut on Russel is a home in Wanaka! The lodge is more polished and modern in person than in the photos. It takes 5-8mins walk to the town center. The floor, linens, and cutleries are super clean and tidy. The washing machine and the dryer are also in good condition. Hayley, the manager, is really warm and kind-she even offered to give me a ride to the lakefront bus stop. Staying here definitely has exceeded my expectations!"

"The room was nicely decorated, and what was particularly great was its proximity to the park—a 4-minute walk to the Lonely Tree and about a 20-minute walk to the center. The host was very welcoming and recommended a great barbecue restaurant, as shown in picture one. The room was a little small. Wanaka is absolutely gorgeous."

"Very nice, modern, well equipped apartment. It was all very clean, king size bed was extremely comfortable. Ideal for us for a 2 night stay as we were able to do a bit of washing. Decent sized balcony with outdoor setting although wouldn't have used the barbeque. Parking available right outside the front door. Location is pretty good if you don't mind a short walk into town. One of us found the walk a bit too far but had no problem getting a taxi home. Would stay there again. "
