"Stay here regularly when visiting family. It has always been clean, comfortable and friendly. Never let me down. The location works so well for shops and public transport. The Brewers Fayre downstairs is one of the better ones I've been to and so handy having it just downstairs. The price is very competitive and to me good value for money."

Village Hotel Birmingham Walsall ★★★
"See picture, pleased the key card in after dinner at around 8.30pm. The whole thing fell off the wall, electric went off. Went downstairs for help and could only find a security guard. He said there was no one to help and so gave me a role of Sellotape and to hope for the best. Upstandingably I was concerned, sleeping in a room with my young child that has a electrical fault. I had to 'bang ' the device back on the wall in hope we didn't wake in the night with no electrics. Very disappointing"

"Det er en fiasko for et hotel at tage en 300-pund depositum. Det er en snyd og en svindel for at sætte kunderne i gang."
