"Great location on The Wirral and to travel into Liverpool or the Lancashire coast. Don't expect stunning sea views - yes it's on your doorstep but there's a big sea wall and port there. Hotel itself is clean and well presented, reception staff were helpful. Bedrooms clean as was en-suite. Great choice of restaurants pubs and cafes on its doorstep, free parking & a supermarket. What more could you want. Decent beach 30min walk or 5min in the car. Also free parking. Recommended!!!!"

"It is generally a beautiful hotel, but there is nothing near the mountains but we can say that the main feature near the port is a place to listen to that head."

"The rooms were very clean In grey white & black nice carpets good shower very steep stairs up to 3 rd floor. Could do with a bedside cabinet on both sides of the bed, and lamp. A bigger bed it was clean and comfortable but small. It was great to have the option of kitchen and dining area. It was lovely and warm not very much noise. Kebab shop next door but not an issue also next to a 24 hour garage & off licence Tesco’s express open 6 am -11pm every day well stocked. Any issues sorted quickly and couldn’t do more for you although a slight language barrier I would recommend it and also book again"

"Not a good place to stay, I would never stay again. The hosts are very pushy/aggressive. There are plenty of nicer places all around the area - do youself a favour and stay at one of those instead."
