"The food was good and service was fast bt you have to tell them again and again to cover the food... And then bring we were stayed there for 7 days or more and the receptionist guy ""sonu jha"" was not proper attentive we asked for wifi not working he replies mera chal raha hai apke mobile me. Issue hoga... And then he was like he is the owner of the hotel my wife told to heat the food they are answering we are not having oven in our hotel.. And that food was order in night from that same hotel so we asked that its from ur hotel only just heat the thing so they answer we dont have oven and the never give any liberally... We asked for few min for check out they rudely answered no we cant give.. So hotel was good but the reception sonu jha not much attentive because he is the owner of the hotel i think... But yeah night receptionist mr arbi was good he was attentive and very much polite and soft spoken and the cleaning staff was excellent in that a guy with a tattoos and uncle with specs was hard working and best service... But for hygiene cant blame them because they answers waiter are not listing to us we say to cover the food buy waiter bring direct without covering what we do... """ Sir waiter hamari sunte nahi hai hum bolte hai khana cover kro wo log khulla lekr aate hai ap bolo hum kya kre ""' This was the foolish answer... Their staff is not listening to them... So if u want to go there... Think and go"

"I just visited vishnu krupa hotel in this month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. The room décor was modern and stylish loved the calming colors and textures The experience was outstanding"
