A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 story duplex with large loft in a quiet neighborhood for nature lovers. The home has a large kitchen, dining, living open area with a Master king bed suite and an additional half bath and laundry on the first level. The second level has two bedrooms, one queen and the other with two double beds each with a bath. The loft has access to the bathroom and offers a Sofa bed, game table and TV. With a total of 4 beds and a Sofa bed, it is possible to sleep up to 10 if traveling with children. *The outside offers a deck and patio with furniture and grill (*summer only). There is a small pond adjacent to the property with Trail Creek babbling nearby as it carries the snowmelt off the nearby Teton Range. Located just 1/4 mile off the main road in Victor, you are within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and the famed FREE Music on Main event held every Thursday night mid June through August. The valley also offers a drive in movie theater during the summer months and a rodeo every weekend. Centrally located within 30 min between 2 great ski resorts, Grand Targhee and Teton Mountain Resort. Less than 1 hr to Grand Teton National Park and less than 2 hours to West Yellowstone. Within the valley, we have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails, easy access to river for floating and fishing, more than a dozen FREE groomed cross country skiing trails, with several businesses offering rentals to meet your recreational needs. Our townhouse is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a breakfast bar, and family sized dining room table with seating for eight. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own access to the deck. The other bedrooms each have a beautiful view of the mountains, and their own private bathroom. There are two generous living areas, one circling the fireplace (with a sofa bed), and another upstairs (with the option of a queen sized air mattress) if you decide you have had enough adventuring and would just like to stay in and watch a movie. Just in case you need to verify trail or snow conditions, or see where the fish are biting, or even if you need to get back in touch with reality, high speed wireless internet is available throughout the house for your convenience. The property sits in Victor, ID about a 25 minute drive from either Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or Grand Targhee. Our beautifully appointed Trail Creek Springs townhome is conveniently located between Jackson Hole(35 mins) and Grand Targhee(25 mins) Resorts. We also have a local rodeo, a real treat!World Cast Outfitters and Fitzgerald Bicycles are an easy walk offering guided trout fishing and bicycle rentals. A scenic drive to Jackson brings you to a bigger, busier old west town. Check out the Million Dollar Bar and have your photo taken under the Antlers Arch on the main square. Book a guided river rafting tour on the Snake River. You can select a scenic float where you view local wildlife or a white knuckle whitewater trip! Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and in suite bathroom, the other with a queen bed and Jack and Jill bathroom. All bedding is luxurious! A large, cozy loft sitting area has a new queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests. The loft area also has a door to the upstairs deck, a pretty place to sit and watch the magpies!
