"It's definitely not comparable to the ones in China. It's just the standard of a domestic express hotel. The surrounding is relatively quiet. I took the wrong bus yesterday and had to stay in Vercelli. The place is not big. I walked from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is included and it's ok. There are cakes, bread, biscuits, milk, juice and yogurt. There are just a few vegetables, only lettuce and tomatoes. Overall it's ok. If you want to go to Vercelli, this is the only one"

"We recently stayed at Alagna Mountain Resort & Spa as a family and unfortunately our experience was very mixed. The biggest issue for us was the mattress. It was extremely hard, uncomfortable and made restful sleep difficult for several nights. After long ski days, good sleep is essential, and this genuinely affected the quality of our stay. Our family room was located on a lower floor and, rather disappointingly, overlooked a very large green generator. But when we got over the shock of that the view beyond was magical. From what we could see, the higher floors have lovely balconies and much nicer outlooks. The dining experience was also a major let-down. Dinner options in the restaurant were overpriced and, sadly, quite tasteless. The menu felt limited, with very few lighter or vegetable-forward options. The bar selection was similarly underwhelming — limited and unimpressive, especially for a ski resort where you expect a cosy, inviting atmosphere. Service in the restaurant felt strained. On one evening in the bar we were left sitting with dirty plates for around 20 minutes despite being the only people there at the time. The opposite was true in the restaurant, where the staff were pacing around us, while we tried to relax after dinner to finish our drinks, and asked us three times did we want to sign for our meal yet. Staff generally appeared stressed and, at times, quite unhappy. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a relaxed alpine experience. Breakfast each morning felt chaotic and poorly organised. There were frequently not enough cups or plates available, and having just one coffee machine serving the entire hotel led to queues and unnecessary frustration. It set a frantic tone to the start of each day. That said, there were genuine highlights. The outdoor pool in the afternoon sun — and especially under the stars — was magical and a real standout feature of the property. A special mention must go to Benny, the driver who transported us to and from the slopes each day. He was consistently warm, kind, helpful and smiling — a real credit to the hotel and easily one of the most positive parts of our stay. The mountain views are undeniably beautiful, and the resort has strong potential. However, improvements in bedding quality, food, organisation, and overall guest experience would make a significant difference. The bar where afternoon snack is served is in the dark basement, which is unappealing when the sun is shining. There’s no games from for the kids, just a few broken board games beside reception. The furniture in the common areas is covered in cheap plastic material. Unfortunately, as it stands, it did not deliver the relaxing and welcoming ski stay we had hoped for."

Værelset inkl. rig, varieret morgenmad var behageligt, medarbejderne meget kompetent og venlig. Vi kan anbefale hotellet varmt!"

"We were on a bicycle trip following the Sinistra Po Bicycle Route. We stopped for a single night in Trino and stayed at Borgo Ramezzana Country House. It was a fabulous choice. The owner was welcoming and friendly. The staff went out of their way to make sure we got a late lunch after our arrival. The building and grounds are beautiful. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel that evening. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice view of the grounds and the farm beyond from our room. It was a very good value."
