"The hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff are very friendly and the views of the mountains from the balcony is excellent. The breakfast has a great selection (veggie options are good too) and it is well organised. Breakfast choices include pastries, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, breads and cooked eggs (which you can cook yourself in mini frying pans). The walk to the Diable is around 7 minutes and is a very good location with plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. The boot room is clean, tidy and secure. Cake being served in the afternoon after skiing is another great added bonus! Homemade cakes and hot drinks is available from 4-6 each day."

"First of all, thank you - team of Chalet Mounier. Everything was very good, room, breakfast, dinner, cocktails ☺️ spa!!! The hotel is very cozy, warm because of interior and people who are working there. We have bought our ski passes inside hotel and that made our vacation even more convenient. Hotel is near the lifts, you may reach it by foot. Therefore, location of the hotel is very good. Once again - thank you!"

"My stay at Hotel Ibiza Les Deux Alpes was a major disappointment, and I struggle to understand how it has received such positive reviews online. The problems began with the room itself—our door handle broke off shortly after arrival, leaving us unable to secure the room. Despite reporting it right away, it took over 24 hours to fix, which was inconvenient and concerning. Cleanliness was another glaring issue. The pillows and bedding were in a shocking state, with visible blood stains and heavy discoloration, making the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The food was equally disappointing. It was consistently served cold and lacked any real quality. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend eating elsewhere. The spa facilities were also subpar, with a cold jacuzzi that made it impossible to enjoy. The only saving grace was the reliable transfer service to the Jandri lift. Overall, the hotel falls far below the standards it advertises. The photos online are misleading, and the reality is not up to scratch. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
