"Loved our stay here at First Group Port Owen BUT the places really need Air-con as they get so warm and it made sleeping very difficult. There was a ceiling fan and a portable fan but all they did really was push hot air around. Aside from that, we loved it here. We had a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. 2 sets of sliding doors opened up onto a gorgeous decking area, which overlooked the water. Lots of gorgeous homes around here to admire. There was a really good restaurant less than a minute's walk away. We took a pedalo raft out on the canal and played table tennis in the games area. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. We used the pool a couple of times and that was nice too. Overall, a lovely stay in a lovely apartment and area but unfortunately would probably not return due to not sleeping well due to lack of air-conditioning"
