"I chose this hotel to spend 1 May and Easter Holiday for this year. Location: The location of the hotel is good, is not far from the small city center, there is an ATM next to the hotel. Parking: In front of the hotel there is a parking space for maximum 10-15 cars. We paid around 10 leva/day. Is good to park near the hotel, we saw some cameras next by because the parking is not guarded. If you do not find space near the hotel, they will redirect you to another parking with whom the hotel has agreement. Room: We got room 207, on the same floor with the restaurant. First I was upset, thinking that the smell will come into the room but no, it was ok. The room was amazing, front sea view, 2 balconies. It is amazing to sleep in the night and to hear the sound of the waves. The room is big enough, equipped with everything, even bathrobe. Cleaning: On this chapter, the hotel is not so well. I was disappointed about the cleaning, when we entered the room it was not very well cleaned, there were stains on the wall, on the carpet. During our stay we did not let the housekeeping too often to come into our room. Beach: The beach is large, is amazing, clean but with small stones. In some parts of the sea the entrance is deep, in other is ok. The staff should step in when they see the clients bring on the beach portable speaker and put lowed bad quality music! It was disturbing for us and we needed to take our things and move to another part just not to hear that music! The restaurant, bars & food The restaurant in the first days, when the hotel was not crowd the food was at a very high quality. Not so many choices but tasty. After 3-4 May, when the hotel stared to be full, the option for the food became larger but lower quality. The beach bar offers just French fries and some meatballs. The ice cream was very good. The only bar that serves alcoholic drinks is the lobby bar, even if they sell as Ultra All Inclusive, most of the drinks are local ones. Only some gin is international brand, beside this, Bulgarian drinks. The bartender is not making cocktails, he gives you the alcohol in a glass and you need to go and add juice and make yourself a cocktail. This is the first time when I experience this. For the Easter Celebration I expected more, on the Easter night in the reception there were eggs and sweet bread but for the lunch or dinner nothing special. Swimming pool & Spa In the rainy days the indoor pool was so crowded, they said is with mineral water but I doubt that, I smelled a lot of chlorine. We enjoyed the sauna. Overall, I can recommend this hotel because of its position, right on the beach. The view from the room and the balcony was amazing."

"I really liked it, the room was clean, cleaned every day, the room is dark, which can be an advantage or a disadvantage, breakfasts are good, you have to order what to take care of and the quantity, but for me it was sufficient, the service was very nice, helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, there are shops and bars, unfortunately in bars you pay in cash. The beach is close, you can get to the center by bus almost from the hotel about 20-30 minutes. To the airport about 50 minutes with 1 change in the center."

"Our experience was far below the level we expected from a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, the problems were not isolated, but affected almost all important areas of the hotel: reception, rooms, restaurant, pools and facilities. Reception and services: The reception is frequently served by a single person, even when a queue of 3–4 customers forms. In these conditions, the waiting time can easily reach 10–15 minutes. Cleanliness: The general cleanliness is superficial, both in the rooms and in the common areas. We even found dead insects in the bathroom of the room. The carpet is stained, and the furniture in the rooms shows an advanced degree of wear. Restaurant and food: The culinary offer is very limited and repetitive, practically the same food being served throughout the stay. Some dishes are excessively salty or spiced in an unusual way. Even the usual hotel products, such as honey or mustard, are missing. The coffee machines are also far below expectations: instead of decent coffee, they mainly offer powdered drinks, often overly sweet. During meals, there is often a lack of cutlery. Worse, we encountered insufficiently washed cutlery and crockery, with stains and even food scraps. The tables in the restaurant are often stained and not properly cleaned before being occupied by the next customers. The clearing of dishes is very slow, so the tables remain laden with used plates and glasses for a long time. The atmosphere created effectively discourages you from staying after the meal to enjoy a drink in peace. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection is practically non-functional. It does not work properly even in the lobby and even less so in the rooms, regardless of the time we tried to use it. Rooms: We booked two accommodations – an apartment and a double room – and in both cases the safes were faulty and could not be fixed. There was also an issue with water dripping from the ceiling in one of the rooms, apparently from the indoor air conditioning system. This issue was later fixed by the staff. Outdoor pool: The water in the outdoor pool appears clean, but the area around it leaves a lot to be desired. The paving is not washed and cleaned sufficiently throughout the day, despite the high customer traffic. Some sun loungers are damaged or broken and inexplicably continue to be left for guests to use instead of being repaired or replaced. Children's pool – safety issue: This is one of the issues we consider to be the most serious. In the children's pool area, some steps and tiles are broken, chipped or chipped. The areas in question were not properly signposted, with a real risk that a child or even an adult could get hurt or cut their leg. The area near the playground also has obvious cleanliness problems. Indoor pool: Although at first glance the water appears clean, the overall impression of the area is exactly the opposite. "I'm very disappointed..we had a ultra all inclusive plus booked from.march and it was around 1300 euros ( without transportation and parking). The food was a disaster,there was Italian night and was no Italian food but in general it was the same food the whole 7 days, very very disappointed..the bar was also a mess..the cocktail came from a machine there was no actual bartender to make the cocktails..same with sodas and from dispenser which was not mention..the beach bar was basically a simple soda machine with cups and that was it.. Private beach was decent ,same as the sun beds.. The room was actually very good and clean,I was surprised and unfortunately it was the highlight of our holiday. The gym is like a dungeon,no equipment and everything is already broke or about to break ( it was a reason why we chosed this hotel) For the amount that we paid food and drinks was low quality and they take top dollar for that which is not ok. All and all it was a bad holiday and for sure I will never return to this hotel ever..the staff was very friendly ."

"We stayed here at the end of September for 5 nights. The hotel was quiet due to it being the end of their season which meant a lot of the local shops, bars and restaurants has closed (no fault of the hotel, we didn’t do our research and assumed the season would continue into October - something to be mindful of if you’re booking in 2024). The food and spa were the highlights of our holiday. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful and we made sure to make use of the facilities and treatments on offer. Would recommend the Turkish bath, it was incredible! The price of the treatments were so cheap compared to the U.K. you can pay cash or card which is handy too. The food was so flavoursome and we had something different each night. If you’re a fussy eater or expecting 20+ difference choices this isn’t the place for you. There was enough choices but each dish was delicious and the cakes were little mouthfuls of heaven. Overall the hotel was very modern and clean and is in a great location to walk to the beach. Even with it being quiet we felt extremely safe strolling around. Down by the beachfront there are some lovely shops and bars, it’s a lovely easy stroll. We took the 409 bus into Varna (approx 45 mins journey) and hired electric scooters to explore. We’d recommend wandering the garden, it’s beautiful and lots for kids to do. The staff were generally very helpful, a big shout out to Vanka (I hope that’s how you spell it) on reception who was extremely helpful in trying to sort an issue with our transfer back to the airport. Only negative experienced were the cleaners were slightly rude and staff weren’t always at the bar around the pool, we imagine this was down to it being out of season. We would definitely return to the hotel and make the most of the spa and facilities again next year. "

"I have been to quite few all inclusive resorts in Caribbean, Europe and Asia. My friend recommended going to Bulgaria to Golden Sands to the Grifid Vistamar. What a great surprise that was. Beautiful, modern beachfront hotel with excellent food and always smiling and welcoming staff. In addition to the hotel pool and rooftop pool , there is a beach club with sunbeds, umbrellas and bar with drinks for hotel guests. I highly recommend this hotel or any other of Grifid chain for your worry free vacation."

"Dissapointing. At first you see the potential. Then you see the grass grown between the tiles. Then you see the lack of care for the space(pool, terrace, bathrooms). And the potential is fading away. And then you meet the staff and you say" ooooo, thats why it looks so careless". And im not even talking about 5 star experience, i expect the 5 minutes and 10 euros of solution it takes to get rid of that grass even on cheap hostels. I dont know what else you are paying for: the place is poorly maintained, staffed and still demands a high price? Potential alone cant do wonders. Hard pass"
