Bonita Hotel

"Fordærvet mad og rester, enterokolitis, ydmygelse, elendighed! Det, der skulle være en dejlig familieferie, blev til en oplevelse, der fik os til at tælle de resterende dage, indtil vi kunne vende hjem. Jeg er ikke en krævende person, og jeg forventede, at der for et mindre beløb end på andre hoteller ikke ville være nogen fancy mad eller luksusværelser, men vi forventede ikke, hvis vi betalte, at finde værre forhold end i et fængsel. Og her refererer jeg primært til maden - på billedet nedenfor kan du se en bidt pølse, placeret blandt maden i all inclusive-restauranten fra tallerkenerne, der blev bragt til køkkenet. Og jeg fandt 3 gange sådan mad bidt og lagt tilbage. For ikke at nævne det faktum, at vi i 6 dage spiste den samme mad, uden nogen forskel - svampe- eller kålsuppe, kogte kartofler, ris uden krydderi, næsten rå æg, alt sammen tilberedt i en anden form den næste dag, hvis det ikke blev spist (stegt brød med æg eller ris pakket ind i kål). Maden fra frokosten var der også til aftensmad, i identisk form. Min mor og jeg lå syge i sengen på værelset i 3 dage på grund af en bakterie taget fra deres mad. Og meget dårlig rengøring, jeg efterlod 2 synligt beskidte håndklæder på gulvet, der skulle skiftes, og fandt dem pakket ind i sengen. Jeg annoncerede dette i receptionen, og andre blev bragt til mig med en "tag dem og kommenter ikke mere"-holdning. Plus røde kakerlakker, der nippede til den frugt, jeg havde efterladt på bordet (se også billederne). De eneste fordele: den gode beliggenhed tæt på stranden og havudsigten; de søde servitricer, nogle børn, der forsøgte at udføre deres arbejde, sandsynligvis ansat under forhold, der er lige så umenneskelige som de andre forhold på hotellet. Funktionel aircondition på værelserne. JEG ANBEFALER IKKE! Spar hellere nogle penge og book et sted, hvor du ikke bliver tynget af sygdomme og dårlige minder."

Azalia Beach Hotel Balneo & Spa

"We chose the hotel due to the great position, on the beach and we arrived at the hotel at 1 pm. The check-in is done after 3 pm so, we had to wait in the lobby until 14.30 when they gave us the bracelets and the room card. You park the car for free about 500 m from the hotel, in the underground parking of another hotel, go with a guard who guides you and come back with his car. If you want to get out of the parking lot you have to go every time with a guard from the hotel. The rooms are not very spacious, but they are clean, we had 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds. The garbage was taken daily, the sheets being changed to 2-3 days. We stayed on the ground floor (where the reception was) with side sea view, so I don't know how crowded the elevators were. At the lower levels are the restaurant and the spa area, the interior pool, the beach. The indoor pool has thermal heated water, there is also a spa area, massage, sludge, etc. The outdoor pool has adult and children area but the water is cold all the time. The food was decent and not too diversified, you did not die of hunger but you did not get up happy from the table. Breakfast with a few varieties of sausages and cheeses, olives, vegetables, eggs, yogurt, cereals, pastries, not so good coffee. Lunch and dinner had 1-2 kinds of meat (usually chicken, pork, rarely fish), a few types of salads, pasta (always) with 2 types of sauces, 2 types of soup, fruits, ice cream and a few types of poor quality cakes. The food was poor, tasteless, maybe because it was the end of September they didn’t care much bout the food. The bars were about 3: one next to the indoor pool, one next to the outer pool and one in the lobby that served beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, etc. Near the pool bar is a food corner where they served throughout the day: fried potatoes, anchovies, pizza, fruits, etc. The hotel is located on the beach, in front of the hotel are free sunbeds for those staying in the hotel but they are located near the hotel, between the hotel and the water is a 100m sand area. The beach is clean with fine sand, water without stones. Throughout the beach, in front of other hotels were pipes with thermal water that flowed into the sea. In terms of fun, the hotel offers nothing, there is no entertainment. "

Atlas Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

"Let's start with the pluses, it's definitely the location and the daily change of towels. The younger bartender is nice, but in the evenings one person at the bar is definitely not enough. There are no complaints about the service in general. But there are more minuses - the water in the outdoor pool is freezing, sitting there for a few minutes you could freeze, on the beach it's much warmer. The outdoor pool is only open until 6 pm, and the indoor until 7 pm, which unfortunately seems a bit too short to us. There is no music by the pools. In the lobby with the bar in the evenings there is also generally no excitement, sometimes a match was on. No entertainment for adults, nor promised cooking shows. The food is terrible - terribly greasy, breakfasts are the same every day, for lunch mainly chicken and for dinner reheated dinner, where reheated is too strong a word because they tended to get cold. Twice we came across a hair in the pasta bake.. the peppers often tasted as if they were already rotten, as did the tomatoes, not to mention the melon. Soup was literally oil and water. Roasted potatoes were also swimming in oil. Sometimes only water came out of the drinks machine, and if it was refilled, the juices were heavily diluted anyway. Every dessert tasted the same as an old sponge cake. The snacks available between lunch and dinner were in the lobby outside so they were covered in wasps and flies, only on the penultimate day did the staff start covering them up. A plus for access to scooped ice cream all day long. Halfway through our trip, 3 or 4 COACHES with young people who had some sports competitions arrived at the hotel. It is a really big hotel, but they were unable to allocate a separate floor or at least give rooms next to each other. So we had a room between them, which is why every day before breakfast we were woken up by banging on the door because they were "mistaken" and thought it was a friend's room... also after returning from training. Paying attention did not help. In the evening they ran around the corridors with deodorant and a lighter, spraying and chasing each other. Or they changed the signs on the doors regarding cleaning. At lunches and dinners they put gigantic portions on plates, which of course they did not eat 3/4 of which were left on the tables, and the rest of the guests had to wait for the staff to add food. The hotel walls were very thin, you could hear conversations and the alarm clock from the room next door. The balcony was small, barely enough for two people. Towels by the pool were supposedly included in the price, but there were none there. The ping-pong table was also included in the price, but there were no paddles. The gym was something like the cheapest, garage gym. There was a strange smell in the dining room and in the bathrooms right next door, but fortunately not in the room. If we had the opportunity to go to the golden sands again, we would definitely avoid this hotel."

Madara Park Hotel - All Inclusive

"Very cozy, just like home. There are two nice pools, a good location, and a kitchen. There's also a short private access to the sea and the city center with the hotel card. I recommend it!"

"If you will stay here in summer time you don’t have cold water, A/C will work when that want, and the people from technical part come to your room to see the problem and go out. They don’t have any resolution for problem, only shrugged it off and say it’s not my problem. They have big prices for bad services, you will find cockchafer in reception. For sure I won’t come back here, I’m very upset at all bad services."
