"Checkin experience was awesome. We reached the hotel much earlier than the check-in time bu the staff accomodated us and gave us the room within no time. I can’t recall the name if lady who helped us but she was really helpful. After check-in we had a lunch in the chowk restaurant where we had to wait a bit for the order and lunch but overall the experience was good. Breakfast in the Chowk was awesome as well witjh great taste and lot of options. Room was great. It was clean, spacious, had good decorations and amenities. Room service was prompt as well. We had a great time walking the amazing lawn of the hotel as well. Overall the stay was perfect and we would love to visit again."

The hotel manager helps with everything and other staff are also very supportive. I recommend getting a transfer because the price is almost the same as Uber but a staff member will get you to the hotel so you won't get lost."

"For me, the best thing about the hotel was the location: walking distance from the Dashashwamedh Ghat. Just as important as being close, the street that leads to the Ghat is more walking friendly than the usual Varanasi streets. That being said, the surroundings of the hotel are very noisy. I'm not used to it, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The hotel is simple, feels more like a hostel, the staff was friendly, and the room was good enough, but nothing special. Last remark: location-wise, the hotel was also good because it was near Cafe 1916, the restaurant that became my go-to place in Varanasi, for breakfast, lunch and often dinner (food food, not too spicy, food price; it was suggested to me by a GuruWalk guide)."
