"Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped with both central heating and an individual air conditioner. However, the staff were often unfriendly and seemed busy, frequently stepping outside to smoke, especially in the morning. Most of them also did not speak English. The hotel is quite isolated. While it has lake view, the view wasn't as appealing as I had hoped. There are only one or two expensive restaurants nearby, and they are not easy to walk to due to the lack of a proper path. The fact that you never see anyone walking in the area says it all. A major drawback was the lack of helpful information. The staff could not provide any details on public transport or long-distance bus schedules; their only suggestion was to take a taxi and go to the station and buy a ticket. I managed to get information for the local 102 bus purely by luck. Fortunately, I arrived early for the bus to Doğubeyazıt, which has a fixed schedule. If I had arrived after 9, I will have to wait for three hours. Other issues included an ATM they recommended initially that had no English language option, and an average breakfast that consisted of 90% cold dishes. If you go before 8 AM, there is no one ready to assist you. Verdict: Stay here only if you are driving and are primarily looking for a clean room in good condition."

"The hotel was not very clean. The bathroom had stained shower glass, dirty tiles, and a grimy toilet paper holder. The carpet in the room was stained. Breakfast was basic with only instant coffee, no coffee machine. The triple room was very small, leaving hardly any space to move with a large suitcase. Overall, it was not worth the price."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Türkiye so far and had complained to my husband that I felt like there were no good hotels to be found. Until we stumbled across this gem. From check in, with a very friendly and kind young lady, to our room which was very comfortable, to the cleaning crew who smiled and were extra helpful, to the delightful breakfast spread with real honeycomb! every part of our trip was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, the mattresses were brand new, the bedding luxurious, and the mini fridge was clean. Breakfast included a spread of pastries, greens, cheeses, salad veggies, hot items, and even soup! Of course there was tea and juice too. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"It is a super hotel if you look at it from every angle, it is very clean, comfortable and quiet, if you think of it as a family, I highly recommend it, only the breakfast is a little weak, they solved that by making the breakfast you want in the kitchen themselves, if you look at it one after another, it is twice as good as its price."

The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it suitable for both solo travelers and families. If you’re looking for a hotel in Van that offers great quality, comfort, and outstanding value, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!"
