"We had an appartment which contained a nest of bedbugs. The first morning we didn't notice, but the second i had over 20 bites, and searching throuh the bed we found some. When we alarmend the staff, they started decontaminating the room, and later told us they found a nest. The staff was helpfull and sorry for us, however it runied our holiday completely. "Hvor er det et sted!Fantastisk service.Utrolig opmærksomhed på detaljer af alle medarbejderne.Smuk butik føler sig varm og hyggelig og helt original.Efter skiddrikke ved det store fyrværkeri.Værelser meget komfortabelt og godt udstyret.Fantastisk restaurant og vinliste. Smuk, rummelig og veludformet spa med alt, hvad du har brug for, og massive vinduer til at se ud fra sneen, mens de genopretter trætte lemmer i poolen.Jeg skriver normalt ikke anmeldelser, men vores ophold her var så godt, jeg virkelig ønskede at skrive noget. Skrei til Edmund, en utrolig chauffør, der altid var der inden for minutter og gjorde alt for os at få os til løbene og tilbage, Bianca på receptionen, der organiserede alt om minutter og David og Joseph på baren, store cocktails! Vi vil være tilbage!!"
