"Without internet, WeChat is useless. There were a lot of bugs in the room, including ants and spiders. The service attitude was average. They even made the wrong room for us and our friend when we checked in at night. There was no compensation at all. When our friend came to visit us, he said that he had to make us pay a 200 euro check-in fee if he stayed here."

"This hotel is located just off of the center of town and is about a 5-10 minute uphill walk. I loved the location given the close proximity and that it had it's own parking lot. The breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from and the fresh juice in the morning was yummy. Our room was located just outside the pool area which made it so there were people outside your room in the afternoon. Not great but doable given we made a lot of day trips. This is not a high service hotel and my initial impression on walking in was not positive. This hotel is also not great if you have mobility issues. The hotel did grow on me the longer I stayed there and I think is a good value especially if you have a large group and need to be budget conscious."

"Vi blev kun en nat og havde et stort tre-sengeværelse.Det er et meget mærkeligt sted!Det er lige i centrum af Valldemossa og dermed i en meget gammel bygning.Værelset var meget gammelt og båret, men det havde charme og karakter. Når du går ind gennem døren af rummet, går du straks ind i badeværelset, der ikke er lukket.Så du går bogstaveligt ind i badeværelset, som bestemt ikke er vejen til et standard hotelværelse...Toiletten var selvfølgelig i et separat værelse. Der var en fransk balkon med stor udsigt over de omgivende bakker.Duschen var enorm og meget god.Frue blev serveret på de små borde i receptionsområdet.En behagelig oplevelse, men langt fra nogen normal standard. Jeg finder det svært at retfærdiggøre fire stjerner, men det er svært at vurdere det, fordi det ikke passer til nogen normal standard.Men det er det, der gør det til en interessant oplevelse!"

"We were 2 couples walking the Dry Stone Path. This was a lovely place to stop. We had one room in the “old house” and one of the new lodges - one was quite quaint and the other was delightfully modern. The gardens are well worth exploring as is the pool, though sadly not in early April! Kids would love the farm animals down the hill, especially as the breakfast eggs come from the chickens. The breakfast was lovely, with a large selection to suit every taste. It’s only a short walk into the town where there are several delightful cafes and restaurants to explore"
