"We were refused check-in at this hotel because we were travelling with a service dog, which is directly related to a disability. Under Spanish law (Real Decreto 409/2025 on assistance dogs, BOE-A-2025-10490, Article 7.1.a), tourist accommodation must allow access to assistance dogs and cannot deny service or impose any additional conditions or charges because of their presence. The booking platform confirmed that our request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, the hotel stated they did not receive it and still refused us on arrival. This refusal therefore constituted discrimination based on disability, as the service dog is an essential support for accessibility. As a result, we were left without accommodation and had to rebook at the last minute at significantly higher cost. This created unnecessary stress and disruption that could have been avoided had the law been respected. hope the property reviews its understanding of accessibility obligations in Spain to ensure this does not happen to other guests."

Small but nice spa with hydrotherapy jet. Terrace with great view. Just over 5 mins walk and you are in the busy centre of a charming town with lots of restaurant options. "We were 2 couples walking the Dry Stone Path. This was a lovely place to stop. We had one room in the “old house” and one of the new lodges - one was quite quaint and the other was delightfully modern. The gardens are well worth exploring as is the pool, though sadly not in early April! Kids would love the farm animals down the hill, especially as the breakfast eggs come from the chickens. The breakfast was lovely, with a large selection to suit every taste. It’s only a short walk into the town where there are several delightful cafes and restaurants to explore"
