"The place is wonderful. The girls at the reception are incredibly nice and kind and are there to make sure you have a great time in the hostel. The location is convenient - not far from the train station, and the hostel is surrounded by grocery stores and things like that. The hostel is very pleasant to look at; there are curtains to close your bed, and everything looks new. I loved that there were a few areas to just kinda sit there or hang out. The separate bathrooms are a wonderful touch. I just had one problem - no matter what I tried, hot water wasn't working in the shower. I tried 2 to no avail. My roommate said she had the same problem, so it wasn't just me. If there really was hot water, and we were just stupid, I would recommend explaining how to use the shower. Overall, I had a nice time there."

"Avoid! Although this place is close to the subway station, the train frequency is very low. The hotel feels like a countryside inn from the last century. There's no non-slip mat in the bathtub—my companion slipped and fell hard. The showerhead in the tub is broken, and the drain doesn't work properly, causing water to accumulate during showers and preventing soap suds from draining. Safety is also questionable: there's only a keypad lock with no deadbolt, and the bottom of the door is completely open, making it easy for conversations inside to be heard clearly down the hallway. Cleaning staff ignore the "Do Not Disturb" sign and simply barge in twice a day. Be extremely cautious here."

"A good hotel with a nice room, large bathroom, comfortable beds, and large mirrors. As a nice touch, there were even halal gummy bears in our room. The view was rather unspectacular (a quiet park). The location was good, with bus stops right in front of the hotel, and it was about a 15-minute walk to the city center. There were dining options nearby, and Lidl and the City of Arts and Sciences were each about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, we couldn't refill our water bottles. Other downsides were the gap under the door and the thin walls, especially in the bathroom. Furthermore, the reception staff were unfriendly when we asked for mini-kits."

"We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future."

"Great location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. Restauranten ser overpris ud, med morgenmad til €22 pr. person, så jeg prøvede det ikke.Meget rent soveværelse og badeværelse og komfortabel seng, selv om mini køleskabet ikke var koldt overhovedet (selv efter jeg ændrede indstillinger) og airconditionen var langsom. Ikke lydsikker på alle – Heldigvis havde jeg øreringe, men min partner gjorde ikke, og du kunne høre folk komme ind og forlade deres værelser fra elevatoren, samt høre alt uden for vinduet."
