"The hostel is located in a small alley, just a few minutes' walk from the church and the popular central market, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hostel is connected to its own cafe, and the kitchen is large, perfect for cooking. The staff are also very enthusiastic; they even upgraded me to a four-person female dorm with a large window for free. The only downside is that the luggage storage room isn't locked, which doesn't feel very secure. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!"

"It was impossible to contact the hotel by phone to inquire about luggage storage prior to my arrival, and this caused inconvenience because when they didn't answer, I had to carry my suitcase with me for several hours. There was also no response via chat. If it had been urgent or I couldn't bring it with me, I would have had more trouble. I booked an exterior room, but they gave me an interior one first. I requested a change, and they did so without any problem, but this was something I had already mentioned in my reservation. Regarding the room, the sliding bathroom door was difficult to close, and the curtains were quite worn. I was surprised to find no toiletries in the bathroom (although it said they could be requested at reception, but I would have liked to have them there without having to disturb anyone), nor did I find complimentary water or coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I was comfortable, but I think they could improve these services for a 4-star hotel and given its price. The pool was very small, with few sun loungers and limited space. If there were too many people, it was difficult to stay comfortable. Also, due to its orientation, it provided shade throughout the afternoon, so I couldn't sunbathe."
