"The rooms are in blocks that are located in lovely gardens. There are many flowering plants which attract birds including hummingbirds. There is a beautiful pool. The grounds are very peaceful. The breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of fruit, juices, breads, and main dishes. The rooms are large and comfortable. I recommend taking ear plugs as there are many celebrations in this area and some of the noise can be heard from the hotel."

"Lizzy Wasi was a fabulous hotel for our three night stay in the Sacred Valley. It was centrally located in Urubamba. The hotel grounds were amazing...beautifully manicured gardens, two llamas roaming around, hammocks and seating areas. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was full and hearty."

"I could see the mountains from the room, lie in a hammock in the spacious yard to watch the stars, and the owner was friendly. It was clearly a great value accommodation, but I had a terrible experience. I had prepaid via KakaoPay through Trip.com, but they were adamant, claiming they hadn't received any transfer. It seemed pointless to argue, so I paid by card and stayed for two nights. Although the issue was eventually resolved through Trip.com, it seems they struggled to fix it as well. I had breakfast at the restaurant and left my hat on the table; when I went back to look for it a few hours later, the restaurant staff said they didn't know anything about it. I don't know if the owner was lying or what, but I can't understand why it has a perfect 10 rating. Korean guests, please take note. The owner reportedly said, "We don't accept bank transfers here; we only accept card payments!""

"Due to an Inca Rail accident, I had to make a last-minute same-day reservation and stay there. The location was about a 10-minute walk from the train station, tucked away in a back alley. However, the room was clean and the hot water was excellent. I had to leave early to catch my train, but they were very kind and prepared breakfast early for me. Thank you."

"Hotellet er et par minutters gang fra Machu Picchu togstationen og lige på siden af jernbanerne. Det bedste er, at det også er kun 2-minutes væk fra busstoppestedet, der tager besøgende til Machu Picchus indgang, så det er ideelt til alle tidlige morgenture. I løbet af dagen og indtil omkring 9pm vil der være tog, der passerer hver gang i et stykke tid og kan blive høj, men ellers er der ikke for meget støjkilde. Da Aguas Calientes er en lille by, er de fleste restauranter, markeder og caféer inden for en 10-15-minute gåafstand. Hotellet er rent og velholdt, med en stor balkon udsigt over de omgivende bjerge. Receptionist Mary var ekstremt hjælpsom gennem WhatsApp kommunikation, selv komme til togstationen for at hente gæster, og gav en masse oplysninger om at besøge Machu Picchu. Morgenmaden tillod en tidlig start for at rumme dem, der havde tidlige morgenbilletter, og det var en anstændig buffet af forskellige fødevarer og lavet til bestilling. De var også meget generøse til at tillade gæsterne at blive og hvile i receptionen efter check-out-tid og holde taskerne i lager før de tog sent eftermiddag.Alt i alt et godt valg, hvis du planlægger at besøge Machu Picchu"
