Additionally, the absence of food services within the hotel could be a drawback for guests looking for mealtime convenience, though unlimited free coffee and bottled water are pleasant perks. One should note that the reception closes at 6 PM, which could pose challenges for late arrivals or those needing evening assistance. The rooms, while clean and maintaining the property's antique charm, do not have TVs and the old mansion’s thin walls mean sounds carry easily from room to room. Despite these issues, the hotel's cleanliness and prime location make it a compelling choice for travelers, particularly those interested in the arts, who don't mind a few inconveniences during their stay."

We provided a document proving that we were unable to travel, but no refund or compensation was offered. "We arrived late at night, so unfortunately couldn't enjoy the view. The room was extremely hot, but there was no one at the front desk after 6pm, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. It was probably the smallest room, but it seemed like there were better rooms available. The breakfast was very delicious and great, but they only served chai, no coffee."

"I was very sorry to say that I was not really satisfied about this hotel. At the reception it was not well. Amai I had expected to be welcomed with happy face and laugh, but this was certainly not the case. They looked so unhappy and sad as what I really said to them about Amai!! I'll never go there again and recommend! Some of the garcons were kind, but that was it for all the staff."
