"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it doesn’t look much from outside but that is quite deceptive. The hotel has evidently been refurbished recently and all the rooms are clean and fresh and extremely comfortable. It is clear that the management have thought about the details and provided all that a traveller might require. I didn’t use the restaurant apart from breakfast which was more than adequate. Laundry service was impressive and came at no extra charge. Something that other hotels should think about, they usually cost an arm and a leg. Would happily return here."

"Ved ankomsten, desværre ingen reception, ingen mobile data( kun muligt, hvis du henter et telefonkort på stedet) 4 lukkede døre med en kode, du ikke tidligere har, fremmed land, var et horror scenario. Gudskelov var også i et af værelserne en gæst, der kunne kontakte hotel indehaver og hjalp med at fortsætte. Booket var værelset over Trip.com Jeg bookede også min flyvning over denne side, der var meget smuk og komplikationer væk og betalt over PayPal. En ung dame kom derefter for at betale. Jeg var nødt til at betale i baren igen og skifte penge før. Jeg synes, det var en afsky. Derfor anbefaler jeg ikke dette hotel. Ellers var hotelværelserne ny/moderne indrettet."

"The check-in was late at 20-45. The restaurant was opened to 21-00. They went from Russia, very tired on the road by car and were hungry. A wonderful girl on Resepshn-Diana, did everything possible for us. Thanks to her for caring 🙏 We were placed without payment in local currency (the exchange was closed). We were fed by the restaurant, despite having 10 minutes to close 🙏. Borsh-Wonder 🙌. We also want to express our gratitude to a nice girl from the restaurant 🌸. And the next day we extended the number 😉🙏... We took the luxury, everything very clean, comfortable, spacious and thoughtful. Staff smiling, joyful and attentive!
