"Vi blev på dette hotel, fordi jeg deltog i det store nordlige svømme.Hvad et smukt sted at sige.Jeg fandt det smukt forvandlet til ekstraordinære tak til Janet.Hvilket utroligt personale hun er, en sand diamant.Hun gjorde vores ophold ekstra specielt. Hun hilser os velkommen, husker mad og drikke ordrer og havde altid et smil på hendes ansigt uden spørgsmål.Jeg kan helt sikkert sige, at vi følte hjemme takket være hende.Vil uden spørgsmål vende tilbage til at blive her næste år for svømmen igen, hvis vi ikke besøger før! Jeg kan ikke bebrejde noget om vores ophold!"

"Lidt væk fra Windermere by.Begrænset parkeringsplads.Heldigvis kom jeg tidligt og fik en masse parkering. God fuld cumbriansk morgenmad.Værelse og senge er okay, undtagen at rumopvarmningen skal forbedres."

"Fantastic place! - Really impressed with the whole process from booking right through to leaving. Diana was really helpful and friendly. On hand to answer any questions and very informative. The accommodation itself it’s immaculate and the added extras such as tea, coffee, biscuits etc are a really nice touch. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Helsinki Apartment with our two dogs. The beds are huge and really comfy and the living area/kitchen is spacious. As for the location, it’s perfect for walking to all the different pubs and restaurants but also great for getting onto the canal for a walk with the dogs. We visit our family in Ulverston regularly and this will definitely be the first place we check for availability moving forward. "
