"Hotel in a strategic position very close to the center of Udine with the possibility of extremely cheap paid parking right in front of the hotel. well maintained with fairly modern rooms and extremely friendly staff. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use. The only flaw in my opinion is charging an extra five euros for the gym."

"Overall, a positive experience. We really appreciated the excellent location, which allowed us to walk to the center of Udine, the great value for money, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the room. A few minor suggestions for improvement: The towel supply was insufficient. For two people, in addition to the two shower towels and two guest towels (which are needed for intimate hygiene), at least one hand and face towel should be provided. The shower gel placed on the bidet should be replaced with a specific product, as it's not ideal for intimate hygiene. Consider replacing the mattresses. They were too soft and sagged excessively, compromising proper body posture."

"Ants were all over the floor in our room - in the shower, toilet, and swarming near a rug by the bed. We asked for a new room - hotel was full and they called other hotels but everywhere else was full. So they cleaned the room and we slept there. In the morning the ants were back. They said this was the first time this happened. They gave us 50% off the room (I asked for a full refund and they said no). Also when we ran the air conditioner at night, my husband woke up coughing a lot (zero other symptoms). Turned off the air conditioner and he was fine after about an hour. Also they scolded me for filling up a water bottle with filtered water at breakfast (we are cycling). This was a terrible experience, we had much better stays at budget hotels."
