"Facilities: The facilities are basically OK and relatively complete. I don't know why the TV cannot be changed during holidays. Hygiene: The bed is clean and tidy, and there is no dust or dirt on the table. There is no water stain on the wash table. Environment: Parking is convenient, there is an outdoor swimming pool in the park, and some rooms have bubble pools. If you don't want to swim in the park, it's still good to bubble in the room. There are convenience stores and barbecue areas around, and there is also a cute pet park that children like. The breakfast variety is also rich and the taste is okay. "We had a few days off for National Day, so we bought tickets on short notice and finally arrived in Turpan, a place we'd been longing to visit. My wife, kids, and I came together. We prioritized staying in Grape Valley, and after looking at several places, the kids chose this one. After checking in, we found the room type was perfect for our family of four. There were grapevines in the yard, and the owners, who are from Zhuhai, were very welcoming. The service was attentive and thoughtful; they even personally picked grapes, which was very immersive. There were also cats in the yard, very affectionate and adorable. We stayed one night in the Shanshan Desert during our trip, and the kids wanted to stay here again after we returned. We'll definitely come back next time."

"Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others."

"Really liked the place. They have a museum section and a walking area where they show the work of the Karez. That’s interesting. Great value for money since its included in the room price. The room itself could be more clean. The cleaning was only superficial and you can see prints on the floor and on the tables. The bedsheets were fresh and that is the most important part. The room are also very big."
