"Overall, a positive stay. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices! The property is well-maintained. The only negative point concerns the luggage storage. We only had two backpacks with us, and as we've done many times before, we hoped to be able to leave them at the hotel once we arrived in Turin. Check-in started at 2:00 PM, so they weren't obligated to give us the room early, even though we wouldn't arrive until 12:30/1:00 PM. We asked if we could at least leave our backpacks to explore the city comfortably, but we were told that the luggage storage was full. I understand that, but I don't find it reasonable that they couldn't find space to store just two backpacks for a few hours. Unfortunately, this caused us some inconvenience. Otherwise, the property is recommended."

"English: Basic hotel, convenient for reaching the Lingotto Fiere in a few minutes on foot. The rooms are located on the first floor, where there is also an area with a snack and drink dispenser, a coffee machine and kettle, and a small terrace with deckchairs. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated: the furniture is fine, but there are ruined walls, windows that open and close badly, and an old smell. The room is equipped with a mini bar and a small bathroom kit is offered (toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom is accessed via a step, you have to be careful because in the bathroom only the light of the mirror on the sink works, not the central one. Ineffective tube hairdryer. I appreciated the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. I found the bed very uncomfortable, with a mattress that at the slightest movement makes everything move and wake up the partner. There are no bedside lamps, but only a wall lamp right above the headboard that, during the night, gave off a faint light even when turned off. Almost no electrical outlets, there was only a multi-socket power strip on one of the bedside tables, the only other outlet in the room did not seem to work. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room that faces the interior, because those that face the street are quite noisy. Poor soundproofing. Breakfast included in the price is a buffet, not much variety but there is all the essentials. The reception is open until a certain time, after which you can access the hotel by typing a code (which is given at check-in) on a numeric keypad. Price in line with average for hotels in high season (fair period), but not adequate for the hotel in question."

"The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t.
