"Overall, a positive stay. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices! The property is well-maintained. The only negative point concerns the luggage storage. We only had two backpacks with us, and as we've done many times before, we hoped to be able to leave them at the hotel once we arrived in Turin. Check-in started at 2:00 PM, so they weren't obligated to give us the room early, even though we wouldn't arrive until 12:30/1:00 PM. We asked if we could at least leave our backpacks to explore the city comfortably, but we were told that the luggage storage was full. I understand that, but I don't find it reasonable that they couldn't find space to store just two backpacks for a few hours. Unfortunately, this caused us some inconvenience. Otherwise, the property is recommended."

"I had a great stay at Grand Torino Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the reception staff were always friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the luggage storage room, which was very convenient. Although the hotel is not directly connected to the train station and requires a bus transfer, it is located very close to a bus stop, making transportation easy. It’s also possible to conveniently travel to the main highlights of the city from the hotel. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel."
