"I was really looking forward to coming down and staying 2 night on the water in luxury accommodation, but when I arrived it was far than luxury. This would be backpacker accommodation at it best! The kitchen sponge was reused, the cutlery draw was filthy, there was no big bowls for salads, no platter dishes, no wine glasses, the toaster is rusty, the coffee machine doesn’t work the jug was disgusting 🤮 the mattress on both bed are hard, no air con in bedroom, toilet cracked, shower from was not cleaned 🤮 one lap broken beside the bed, toilet paper not folded. Bloody shocking 😮 I’ll never stay here again. The picks on trip advisor looked lovely. That is false and misleading. It’s a dame shame that people go to these lengths just to get people to stay with them! "

"We just had a 7 night stay at Golden Riverina. The location is great being close to the beach and shops/ cafes. For the price, the resort is very tired. There is a lot of grout missing in exterior tiles and a lot are chipped being unsafe especially around the pool area. The key swiping gets frustrating. Don’t leave your room without your key or you can get locked out. It would be nice to be able to freely move around the resort once you’ve checked in. For a 7 night stay please provide more dish washing liquid etc. I know you can get it from IGA, but surely for the price of the stay, enough dishwashing liquid could be provided. Be prepared for stairs. We were on the 6th floor from the carpark with no lift for luggage. No aircon in the main bedroom. There was a lady manning the pool gate and bubbles of the spa. She was very friendly but off putting to our children. She picked up on their names and was telling them what to do. Made them confused and uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t stay again unless we got a ground floor room at an off peak time."

"Vi blev på 5. sal og havde storslåede udsigter Enheden var meget ren og rummelig med alle værktøjer på plads inklusive alle Foxtel-kanaler Enheden var rimeligt prisværdig og managerne Anne & Allan så venlig og taknemmelig vi valgte deres ophold til ophold i Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage til Pacific Surf"

"We had such a fantastic stay at @beachdays in Tugun. It’s listed as one of the refurbished apartments at Crystal Beachfront Resort, and you can really see the difference – everything feels fresh, modern, and beautifully done. The style is relaxed coastal luxury, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special but still comfortable. The location is unbeatable. You’re right on the beachfront – we loved waking up to the sound of the ocean, walking straight out for a swim, and finishing the day with a glass of wine on the balcony watching the waves. Tugun itself has a lovely laid-back vibe, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and it was easy to get to Burleigh or Coolangatta when we wanted a change of pace. The apartment had everything we needed – super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind. It felt more like staying in a stylish coastal retreat than a typical holiday rental. We honestly didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back to @beachdays."

"We were quoted for a family holiday and secured booking with a deposit. Days later we were told it was now another $1600 more as they mucked up. Illegal. They would not budge then refunded us $150 less. Terrible experience and stress for no holiday."
