The rooms are standard and quiet at night. The breakfast is simple but adequate, typical of a business hotel. A coffee machine and juicer are available in the lobby 24/7 for guests' convenience. The service was warm and attentive, with a great sense of propriety! I would definitely stay here again if my next trip requires it."

In terms of equipment, the hair dryer is excellent, the bathroom and room are large, the water pressure is strong, and the heat is sufficient. I used the massage chair for 30 minutes and want to buy one back. The female front desk staff is friendly."

"I selected this hotel through my workplace's employee benefits website, Rilo Club, and made my reservation through trip.com. When I checked in, the hotel told me my reservation wasn't complete. They said that even though trip.com showed a reservation confirmation and receipt, the hotel hadn't credited the required amount. I made the reservation properly, and trip.com offered a Diamond member discount, which gave me a discount of just under ¥3,000, and I received a receipt for ¥10,272 on my card payment. However, the hotel said that my reservation was made through Jalan, and only ¥10,000 had been credited. I had no choice but to pay the additional ¥3,200 at the hotel and check in, but the amount I paid to trip.com was discounted by over ¥10,000, so I ended up losing a few hundred yen. What's more, I couldn't use my employee benefits subsidy, so it was a double whammy. The hotel's bath was very nice, but after making a reservation with peace of mind through the employee benefits program, I had such trouble that I think I'll avoid using them in the future."

"The price was reasonable and I was able to stay comfortably, and the staff were very friendly and impressive. The building itself was old, but it was well-cleaned throughout. However, there was only one bath in the inn, and you couldn't use it if someone of the opposite sex was using it, which was quite inconvenient. Also, if you don't have transportation, it's about a 25-minute walk from Tsu Station."
