"The B& B is located on a very quiet street with a great view, in the town of Tropic. We stayed one night. We also stayed at a few nights other local properties in Tropic and Bryce Canyon on our visit. Pluses: - Location - Nice roomy and clean accommodations. (Much nicer than other properties in the area ) - Breakfast was delicious. The opportunity to talk to the other guests over breakfast is a benefit of a B&B. - Easy check in. Areas for improvement -Outdoor area/yard should be the improved. -The price was a bit high. - Shower in the Fairylands room was a bit small."

"The service was friendly and supportive. The location is great for exploring the area. You can heat the street noise which is not too bad at night. Unfortunately the towels had some stains and the sink was not clean."
