Personalet er varmt og venligt, og jeg værdsætter, at de leverer varmt vand på Barceptionen til øjeblikkelige drikkevarer eller kopper nødder. Jeg nydte også deres varme latte (selv betalt), det var perfekt til opvarmning, da jeg steg ud og kørte mod min første stop, Tromsø City Library og Archive."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exactly conforming to my idea of Nordic design. The room is a bit on the small side; it's perfect for one person, but might feel a little cramped for two. Breakfast is extensive and entirely self-service. The hotel's location is very convenient: there's an airport bus stop right outside, it's a 5-minute walk to the Arctic Cathedral, and the city center is just a ten-minute walk away."

"Placeringen er bestemt fantastisk til disse aktiviteter afhentnings- og afleveringssted, kun 1-5 minutters gang, værelsesstørrelsen er anstændig til 3 store kufferter, udsigten er fantastisk som et billede med stort vindue med meget grundlæggende faciliteter som håndklæder og væv . Receptionen er normalt kun 1 person, så han/hun har altid travlt i påskeferien, usikker på de normale dage. Morgenmaden er okay med typiske vestlige fødevarer, og forvent ikke, at den har udvalg af asiatisk mad til morgenmad lol, da det ser ud til, at de asiatiske mennesker vænner sig til den kinesiske/asiatiske madbase og forventer, at mere passer i deres appetitvækkere som min hendes husbond hahaha . De tilbyder pakken til morgenmad til din tidlige morgenflyvning efter anmodning, den har 1 stort groft brød ost og skinkesandwich, 1 pære + 1 æske appelsinjuice, husk at drikke OJ'en op, før du passerer sikkerhedskontrollen, ellers vil hjælpe dig med at smide det væk! ;)"

"Facilities: There's a kettle, and disposable items like shower caps are provided. Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic, with a great Nordic-style decor. Service: Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service are all excellent. Location: Absolutely central, convenient for getting anywhere. Close to the shopping street, the station, and the hotel itself is a hub for many tours and activities. What I didn't expect was how dry it is here (compared to the UK). The view from the window is as shown in the picture."

"We got taken away by the views of the 1 bedroom cabin on their website when we booked this. We have stayed in similar places in Kiruna in Sweden (Camp Ripan) and Rovaniemi in Finland (Santa Clause Holiday Village), this is definitely not in the same league. Consider this:- 1. You have to book for atleast 2 nights in Dec, this place is close to 30 minutes from the main city with nothing close by. 2. They offer an Electric Car as part of the room, BUT, the car has to be collected from a place that is close to the airport (the car company shall not deliver the car anywhere else) and it has to be dropped at the same place. Ultimately if you are taking a flight, you will end up taking a cab from this place to the airport also (although it seems close, you cannot walk and drag the luggage on a snowy road. 3. The dinner menu has only limited choices. 4. The Cabins seems to be newly built, but it seems that corners have been cut in quality e.g. in my cabin the table in the living room was already wobbly and one of the hooks for the towel in the bathroom was broken. As part of 4 nights in Tromso, we stayed here for 2 nights, on hindsight it would have been better if we stayed all 4 nights in the city."

"The room was a bit small, and there was no kettle. Breakfast quality was decent. The bedding was very clean. If you're landing in Tromsø, I'd recommend staying here; it's very close to the airport, and there's an XXL outdoor store, a supermarket, and a Burger King nearby."

"We were notified that the elevator was out of order in the first day of check in, it was terrible to carry luggage up to the 4th floor. We spent three nights there, unfortunately, the elevator was not repaired on the day we check out. But the staff is friendly and the the cookies provided at the snack bar is good!!"
