"PREMIER INN TRING Better understanding staff, The beds was far to low they only came up to my knees I’m only 5ft, the mattress was far to soft, I was in an accessible room has my granddaughter is a full time wheelchair user & I had to pick up 111.5kg to sit her on her wheelchair (I do have pictures) we was in room 22, there was not enough pillows & when we asked for more we got told there was not any by a rude member of staff, we couldn’t have a drink together has there was not enough cups & complimentary’s, also with it being an accessible room the desk could do with being shorter in width has I couldn’t get her wheelchair in between the bed & desk, the room is a really poor design, the beds was so uncomfortable we hardly had any sleep, it’s the worst hotel we have stayed in, I have one booked for Sunderland in July & I’m debating whether to cancel it, has I will have no help at all, luckily I had a friend in room 19 that came & helped me, there beds would have been a perfect height for wheelchair to bed & vice versa (I also have pictures of the beds)"

"This was a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, close to London in beautiful surroundings. The Superior King room was modern, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel retains some charming historic features. We loved the outside grounds with plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade and watch the roaming peacocks. Staff were quite attentive and the food and drinks were good. Definitely thinking of coming back again in the future."

"We stayed in Room 5 at The Greyhound for nearly a week whilst having building work at our home. It’s a lovely front facing room, large and spacious! Despite being at the front on the road, it was surprisingly quiet! Beautifully decorated with some original features. Separate entrance so didn’t have to go through the pub if we didn’t want to. The pub staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The menu for evening meal was large and varied - the food delicious!!! They don’t serve breakfast at the pub but there is a lovely community shop/cafe behind it which did lovely breakfast choices. Would definitely stay again!"
