"Amazing hotel with so nice and kind people. They treat you like a family. Hotel is so close to the beach, aprox 3min by foot. Room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel provide beach towels. Hotel have a nice pool. They serve breakfast every morning. Breakfast is fabulous, every morning they serve freshly juices (papaya, mango, passion fruit, pineapple), scrambled eggs, pancakes (rice or coconuts), some local dishes ( sorry, but I a am forgot the name), fresh fruits, coffee and tea, avocado, marmalade with butter and much more. Food is so delicious. They prepare dinner for us, few time, and dinner was amazing. For dinner they made fish or curry, depends what you want. The menager is excellent, he does a good job. We staying 12 days, and they arranged for us, a free trip to Marble beach, it was amazing experience. Hotel is very clean. If you choose this hotel, you will not regret it. I had the best service in this hotel so far, and I have stayed in many hotels. Last but not least, last day, manager mother made cookies for us, for the trip. ❤️ Like I am said, I never feel kindness like in this hotel. Thank you team for everything, you are amazing. I hope so we will see again!"

"From the booking to the travel to the stay was a great experience. The journey from Colombo was so adventurous and scenic. We took the highways to the location and o our way we visited Ritigala Monastery. Since we were getting late to check in, we called Deva of C Beyond asking him to prepare the Lunch for us. When we reached the destination, it was so peaceful, calm and quite with a lot of smiles while welcoming us. They had laid the lunch for me and my family which was so tasty. Room was spacious and very well setup with AC, Fan, Locker, Kettle, Tea/coffee, Water with an amazing view of the lagoon and the sea. The food was amazing with variety of options to choose from. Food was mad available fresh at the time we wanted to have them. The portions were substantial and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. They accommodated all our requested as and when we requested. The Room Service was very good and spontaneous too. They arrange the Pigeon Island tour to and back at a discounted rate. Me and my family really enjoyed the tour and snorkeling was a great experience for my kids. To wrap up, our holiday to Nilaveli was an amazingly relaxing experience all thanks to C Beyond which we will always come back to and recommend to any traveler who wishes to plan your next destination to Trincomalee (Nilaveli Beach). "Meget dårlig oplevelse, vores idé var at være der afslappet for at gøre PADI Diving, vi bookede for 3 nætter med afbestilling 24 timer før. Værelset var bange, lugtede fugtigt, kurvene fløj på taget og hørte meget i værelset. Vinduet åbnede ikke. Værelset var faktisk dyrere end mange andre muligheder i Upuveli eller mere interessante områder. Det værste er, at vi kun blev en nat og vi aflyste de to andre, fordi de ikke havde noget problem. Han sagde, han ville tilbagebetale os pengene, og så undskyldte han, at Booking politikker ikke tillod det. Fuld løgn. Så ville han returnere det, men at de ikke var store hoteller til at tillade dig er du forladt. Efter to uger venter vi stadig på tilbagebetalingen af 80€. Dag efter dag er det svimmelt at sige, at han er gået til banken, og at overførslen skal være ved ankomsten og vi får aldrig svar. Jeg anbefaler ikke, at du ikke vende tilbage samme dårlige oplevelse som os. Det værelse, der blev tildelt os havde intet at gøre med dem, der vises på billederne af Booking, TripAdvisor eller Google. Der er intet omkring, og få restauranter. Receptionisten er meget venlig og morgenmad er meget god. Annullering og skadelig tilbagebetaling."

"The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel is located on the most beautiful beach ever! Swimming was simply wonderful; a highlight is the fantastic reef for snorkeling. Breakfast costs extra, but it's delicious, and you have a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately, everything is so run down that I can't give it more than 3 stars. The rooms are small, musty, have hardly any power outlets, and not even a window. The towels were horribly dirty. The breakfast tables and the loungers on the beach are completely broken and uncomfortable. I think with a little investment, they could really create a little paradise here again!"
