"Starting with the location, it's excellent. It's right across from Trat Hospital. There's a 7-Eleven opposite and restaurants right next to the hotel. Very convenient to get around. There's parking in the building, but not much. Free tea and fresh coffee are available for breakfast and lunch, and free snacks. There's plenty of seating in the lobby area. There's also seating on the second floor. My favorite thing was the bed, 10/10! So comfortable, with two types of pillows: soft and thick. Thick, soft blankets, and a mattress topper – so comfortable I slept in late! The room is very spacious; you can fit 10 29-inch suitcases in it! 😄 It's a smart TV, perfect for Netflix, YouTube, and watching series. There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, slippers, and two bottles of water. There are plenty of power outlets, but they're too far from the bed. The bathroom is spacious with a good quality toilet. The sink is a bit small. There's a water heater. However, there's no curtain to separate the wet and dry areas, so water splashes on the floor. Lastly, there are no shelves in the bathroom. ⚠️I wish the hotel would add shelves in the bathroom. Because I didn't know where to put my toiletries. Overall, I think it's very good considering the price and location. The hotel is still new. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended."

"What a great resort tucked into a lakeside location with a mangrove nearby for walking or kayaking! We stayed in this resort for one night before heading to Koh Kood. If your flight to Trat lands after the last ferry to the islands, this is a terrific option for overnight accommodations. The room on the lake was clean and spacious, the restaurant food and servers were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had many choices for Western or Thai dishes. There seemed to be an endless amount of activities for families and the whole resort looks like a fun place to explore. There is a theme of nature everywhere you go and the resort reuses and recycles. Glass bottles of high quality drinking water were provided. Most of all, the staff could not have been more kind or helpful—every person was friendly and assisted with any need. If you have the chance, stay at Banpu Resort!"
