"Fremragende kundeservice!!! Jeg anbefalede dette hotel ENTUSIAStisk!!! Mine venner og jeg gik på Camino, og da vi ankom til Hosteria La Casona bekræftede jeg, at jeg mistede mit pas. Medarbejderen på Hosteria (høj gentleman med mørkt hår) var ekstremt hjælpsom, og direkte ansvarlig for min pasressourcer i en tidligere by, vi gik igennem.Han ringede til mange forskellige kontorer og steder for at søge pas. Hvis det ikke var for ham, ville jeg have været nødt til at rejse til Madrid for en rekreation.Jeg husker ikke hans navn, men jeg kan ikke takke ham nok. Tak til medarbejderen og Hosteria La Casona for deres fantastiske kundeservice for at gå over og ud!!!!"

"Stayed here on the last stop in our Camino journey. Lovely rustic posada with perhaps 8/10 rooms. While it is built on the side of what can be a busy road, with windows closed that issue was solved. Lovely breakfast provided following morning. The town is very small and on the night we visited there was only one restaurant to have dinner which however was delicious. No evening food available at the posada."

"The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service."

"Perfect. Hotel reception was attentive and booked me in quickly after a late flight. All I needed was a comfy bed - and this hotel is great! Quick breakfast the next morning. Great value. Exactly what was needed."

"Wonderful ancient house, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast. Very friendly reception and also the girl at breakfast is very guest-friendly. Very quiet. Bed can be a little softer ... But further a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, they recommend Las hijas del Pez restaurant in Lierganes and that was a good detergent. Rarely treated as unfriendly and hospitality ...."
