The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service. When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. The washer and dryer are located between two dwellings. With a locked door only you can access.When you arrive you will go to the apartment on the West side of the building labeled #1. There will be a keyless entry to let yourself in and we will supply you with the entry code upon booking 2 days before your check-in date. Park anywhere around the building. There are no steps to climb for easy entry with ample free parking.
