"We had a wonderful stay at Maple Grove Cottage Inn in Toronto. The location is excellent — close to downtown, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other places nearby, as well as many of the city’s main attractions. Public transportation is also very convenient. We traveled by rental car, and having a garage was a huge advantage, as parking is not always easy or permitted in the city centre. The host was very friendly, helpful, and always open to assisting us with any questions or issues. The rooms were comfortable, and having our own kitchen area was very convenient for preparing breakfast. I highly recommend this place for a stay with friends or family."

"Superb service at the reception. Housekeeping is very on point. Smooth check in process and my 5 nights stay - all good experience only. Special shoutout to the bellman - Endaries who was super helpful throughout my entire stay. He not only recommend a great Niagara tour, but also helped with recommendations of food around the hotel, my luggages and also the pick up transport. Excellent service. The only downside was the ongoing construction in front of the hotel. So all car drop off or pick up is at the back of hotel (wood street). But that’s fine. Not a big issue. Can’t hear construction from the room either."

"The Union Hotel was perfect for us. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was best for being one block from Union Station and walking distance to CN Tower and Ripleys aquarium. It’s aLao about a 20 minute walk to Eaton Center and Chinatown.  Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but they did have a small menu at the Humble Donkey restaurant in the hotel. It’s a combination food and bar. We did have breakfast there and the food was excellent."

When I called for maintenance, an elderly white man came in with a discriminatory and annoyed look on his face. When I offered him food, he told me to stand further away.
