I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁"

"The hotel is located on a hill outside the ancient city of Toledo. There is a No. 71 bus into the city at the hotel entrance, which runs every hour and is very convenient. The room and bathroom are large and convenient to use. The front desk was warm and attentive, and dinner was provided at 8pm. It is 1.5 kilometers west of the hotel to reach the St. Martin Bridge, and about 1 kilometer east is a great viewing platform, don't miss it. The night view of the ancient city opposite from the balcony is nice at night."

It's ideal if you're driving, as you can park on the street for a symbolic fee for up to 72 hours, or in the Congress Palace car park, which is pricier but less than 150 meters away. Additionally, there are escalators very close by that take you from the flat area to the elevated part of the city. The hotel isn't large and doesn't have grand luxuries, but it's very comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. It's perfect for couples or stays longer than one day. The staff is generally very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is well-priced, and you can choose from various options. The views from the rooms are lovely."
