The room has an air conditioner, but you have to go outside to use the shared toilet and shower, which is freezing cold in winter, especially at night. 3. The facilities are poor. The Japanese-style room only has a small A4-sized table with no chairs or cushions. 4. The public facilities are messy and I don't want to use them at all."
