"Terrible management. This hotel has incredible potential, but it is being held back by poor leadership. This beachfront hotel with a good location and beautiful pools deserve much better. Unfortunately, management seems more focused on beach club visitors than on hotel guests. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. No one escorted us to our room, and we had to find and carry our luggage that was left in an unlocked storage room without luggage tags or registration. Our room was not ready until 4:00 PM, and when we entered, it was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, glasses were missing, and housekeeping standards were poor throughout our four-night stay. Stained towels, dirty and poorly maintained sunbeds, and a general lack of hygiene are simply unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room design was also surprisingly poor. There was ONLY ONE small mirror in the bathroom, and the refrigerator was standing on the floor like a cheap hostel fridge, making the room feel unfinished and far from luxurious. Breakfast was disappointing, with many dishes empty by 10:00 AM and never refilled, even they should be serving breakfast till 11:00. Even worse, when we asked for a coffee at 12:15 PM by the pool area, we were told the hotel does not serve coffee after 12:00 PM because the staff had to focus on making cocktails for the beach club and they did not have time to make coffee for the hoel guests. That says everything about the hotel’s priorities. The staff worked hard and were always polite, but they looked stressed and unsupported. The problem is clearly not the employees—it is the management. Terrible management! This is not a 5 star hotel in terms of service, cleanliness and quality. This beachfront hotel with beautiful pools has everything it needs to be exceptional, but poor leadership ruins the entire experience. We constantly felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The most shocking moment came when we tried to order a coffee at 12:15 PM. We were told the hotel doesnt serve coffee after 12:00 PM. When we asked why, the staff explained that management had decided they needed to focus on serving cocktails for the beach club instead of making coffee for hotel guests. That says everything about the hotel’s priorities. The staff worked hard and remained polite, but they looked stressed and unsupported. The hotel is also located far from everything. A five star hotel in this location should provide a shuttle ser"

"A hotel to avoid, mainly because of the arrogant attitude towards the guests by the head of service. In a four-star hotel, you shouldn't afford to not have cups for coffee and yogurt, plates, glasses (plastic?) for juice, etc., guests were picking up half-full glasses from the tables. It's a shame for an otherwise nice hotel with such staff led by the head of service."

"1. You can hear your neighbors very clearly. 2. The room is small. 3. There's no way to regulate the temperature in the room. 4. There was no proper blanket in the room. 5. The hotel promised to provide breakfast boxes since we had a very early flight and based on their promise we hadn't bought anything in advance. The guy at reception didn't know anything about this, so we just waited for him to find something. We left empty-handed. The hotel offered us a free lunch upon our return to Montenegro, which is simply ridiculous. They said their policy was that they couldn't refund breakfast. This is a business with no self-respect, and I wouldn't recommend this place. By the way, information to all visitors in Tivat : in the early morning hours there is no place to buy food including the local airport which is very small 6. The price/value ratio was not in this hotel's favor."

"The apartments are well positioned just beyond the Porto development and shopping. The apartment was clean, modern furnished and a good quality bathroom. The reception was quick and efficient and helpful. The included breakfast was not done well and soured the overall experience. It is offered 300m away. It consists of a single hot plate that you order from the table. No cereal, fruit or cheese. And, unbelievably, they charged us €15 extra for two coffees and water!"
