"Very nice hotel in the center of the lovely Tirano, clean rooms and equipped with every accessory. Very friendly and courteous staff; very small indoor spa with high prices for the service offered. I recommend this structure, but for the Spa go elsewhere for example: to the Terme di Bormio, the cost is the same but you have many more rooms and you can spend a day relaxing not just 1 hour!"

"The hotel is just next to the railway station, but the guests have to check in at Hotel Bernina just opposite to the railway station. If you are not a lone traveler, I suggest only one person brings all the others' ID or passports to Hotel Bernina to check in while the others wait outside the railway station with the luggage. We had a room on the ground floor with a small garden overlooking the trains coming and going, but it won't be noisy at night as there are not any trains running during the night. The breakfast is served in a small room in the same building instead of the restaurant in Hotel Bernina. The staff was so busy that it was not stated clearly where the breakfast was served, and I had walked to and froth between the two buildings in the morning."
