"A Solid Base for Exploring Chichen Itza From Cancun Airport to Hotel/Chichen Itza: -Cancun Airport to Cancun Downtown by ADO bus, cost 180 Mexican Pesos, time 35mins. (1st bus starts at 7.50AM). Tickets can be bought at the time of departure. -Cancun Downtown to Hotel/Chichen Itza by bus, cost 280 Mexican Pesos per person, time 4hrs. -Chichen Itza ticket cost 671 Mexican Pesos (can be bought at the time of visit). We recently stayed at Hotel Doralba and found it to be a very good choice for visiting the famous ruins. The property is very large and spacious, which is great for families. The highlight for us was the swimming pool area, which has a dedicated section for children and a separate, larger pool for adults. Our room was cleaned daily and was always tidy and comfortable. For the price, we felt it offered excellent value. A few important things to note for future guests: · Location & Transportation: The hotel is within walking distance to the ruins(2km walk). For Taxi, It is about a 5km drive away. We used a taxi which was readily available and cost 100 Mexican pesos for a one-way trip. · Dining Options: Be aware that there are no restaurants or shopping centers near the hotel. At hotel you have very few option that also non veg. As vegetarians, we were a little worried, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even arranged to have extra vegetable dishes brought in from outside—a incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Suggestion: Do not forgot to bring your own extra food too."

Adrian er meget rart at hjælpe med at ringe til bilen, bestille fugle, massage, lad os vaske tøjet op i tre dage med en vasketjeneste 😄 Sig noget vigtigt: 1️⃣ Den private vej til Chicheicha er væk efter udbruddet.Nu er det meste af scenen, 7-punktet, mindre end ti minutter til at køre. 2 ️⃣ ikke accepterer udendørs mad; hver dag bestiller du, prøver alle lokale fødevarer, smag er god personlig; morgenmad er lidt mindre for mænd. 3️⃣ Gæsteværelsets faciliteter er ældre, klimaanlægget er lidt rødt, og der er ingen afsløring lidt underlig. 4️⃣ Maya massage oplevelse er virkelig unik; det er bedst at vælge en tidlig start, $87 en time dyrt."

"The hotel is very pleasant, you can rent a bike to go to the Ik Kil dinner, or walk to one of the old entries to the ruins, which is no longer available, very friendly staff, the rooms are curiosous, Because the beds are so stitched as in caves, it seemed to us something different but in a good sense. The only thing I didn't like was that the AC gives straight to one of the beds so I had to engineer them so that even with the AC caught I didn't give me straight air, and the coats are hard. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable."

"Don Luis is wonderful and so welcoming—the breakfast was good, the place is as described, and he was very helpful with directions etc. We did get some mosquito bites, which is to be expected when in the jungle, but they weren’t too bad and there are mosquito nets over the beds. Would return!"
