"Motel is now under new ownership and is a far cry from our visits for the last 3 years. Upon arrival, it’s very dark in the lobby. You can hardly see they have movie rentals, which you can’t see you to pick a movie we get to our room. There’s no Kleenex flies in our room the carpets all coming up from the under padding, so it’s a walking hazard, brown towels. We went down to see if we could get a couple of paper cups for drinking to put a drink in and no they do not provide cups. We can’t even take a real cup to bring back in the morning. Definitely will be our last day. Unfortunate because the previous owners were fabulous."

Bay Lake Inn - Frontiersman Motel

"We wondered from the outside but the room was spotless and the beds comfortable. The host very accommodating. We would stay again. No breakfast was available but the room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker."

Edgewater Motel and Campground

"The motel is a budget option, and for the price it does what it is supposed to do. If you are simply looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night, it serves its purpose. The room was basic but functional, and overall it matched what you would expect at this price point. However, one of the furniture in the room was broken and should simply be removed. Leaving broken furniture in the room is a matter of improper maintenance."
